  • Block access
  • Suspend accounts
  • Take legal action

Unauthorized data extraction or reproduction may result in permanent bans and legal proceedings.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only.

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Performance
  • Compliance

Businesses are fully responsible for:

  • Content accuracy
  • Legal compliance
  • Advertising claims

AI tools are provided as-is. Users and businesses bear full responsibility for how AI-generated content is used.

Business Listings

Businesses listed on My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd operate independently of the platform.

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee:

  • Business qualifications
  • Service quality
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Service availability

Users should perform their own due diligence before hiring any business.

Business Terms of Use

Businesses using My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd agree that:

  • They are solely responsible for services offered
  • All service quality, pricing, and delivery is their responsibility
  • They will respond to service requests in good faith

Businesses must NOT:

  • Mislead users
  • Provide false information
  • Abuse the service request system
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

  • Reduce visibility
  • Remove businesses from the platform

Subscription fees grant access to platform features only and do not guarantee leads, traffic, or revenue.

Service Agreements

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd is not involved in service negotiations.

All agreements, payments, and contracts are made directly between users and businesses.

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd does not process service payments.

Service Request Disclaimer

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd facilitates communication between users and businesses but is not involved in:

  • Service delivery
  • Pricing agreements
  • Negotiations
  • Quality control

All agreements are made directly between users and businesses.

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd accepts NO responsibility for:

  • Work performed
  • Damages
  • Delays
  • Disputes

Users engage businesses at their own risk.

Dispute Handling Policy

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd is not a party to any agreement between users and businesses.

Platform Rights

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings
  • Remove reviews
  • Restrict user accounts
  • Suspend businesses
  • Permanently ban accounts

These actions may be taken at My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd's discretion to protect the community.

Admin Enforcement Rights

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd administrators may take action to protect the platform and its users.

This includes:

  • Removing listings
  • Deleting content
  • Suspending accounts
  • Restricting features
  • Investigating complaints

All actions are taken at My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd's discretion to maintain platform integrity.

Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, systems, features, structure, design, and functionality of the My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd platform are the exclusive property of My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Platform design and layout
  • Business directory structure
  • Service request system
  • Messaging workflows
  • Notification systems
  • Ranking and feed logic
  • AI-assisted tools and features

Users and businesses may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or replicate any part of the platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate the system
  • Use platform data or structure to build competing services

Unauthorized use may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent bans
  • Legal action

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd actively protects its intellectual property and will pursue legal remedies against infringement.

Limitation of Liability

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd is provided "as is" without warranties.

My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Services provided by businesses
  • Financial losses from transactions
  • Disputes between users and businesses
  • Damages resulting from services performed
  • Platform outages or errors

By using My LocalLink (Pty) Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
